Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the property market, ensuring that LintelCoin’s value is supported by solid real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identifying & Evaluating Investment Opportunities – Oversee the selection of high-value real estate projects, ensuring they align with Lintel Coin’s vision and provide strong returns for investors.
  2. Strategic Management & Compliance – Develop and implement real estate investment strategies while ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations and global financial laws.
  3. Blockchain Integration & Investor Engagement – Work with blockchain technology to facilitate secure, transparent property-backed investments and educate investors on the benefits of staking in real estate projects. 

Head of Finance

The Head of Finance is responsible for managing Lintel Coin’s Liquidity Pool and ensuring that the project’s funds are used wisely. The Liquidity Pool acts as a safeguard for Lintel Coin’s token value, and the Head of Finance plays an instrumental role in securing the token supply, raising capital and ensuring that funds are appropriately allocated towards growth, property-backed investments and development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring that the Liquidity Pool remains secure, stable and able to support the platform’s growth.
  2. Overseeing financial management and working with the committee to make wise investment decisions.
  3. Managing the reinvestment of funds back into the liquidity pool to ensure continuous growth and stability for LintelCoin.

Head of Legal

The Head of Legal ensures that Lintel Coin operates in full compliance with relevant regulations, including those related to the FCA registration in the UK, as well as global market expansion. This role involves making sure that LintelCoin meets the legal standards for cryptocurrency, token sales, real estate investments and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies, including the FCA, CySEC in Cyprus and any other financial regulators.
  2. Overseeing the legal framework for property-backed investments and smart contract execution.
  3. Managing contracts and agreements, ensuring that investors’ rights are protected, and the platform remains secure.
